Celebrating Our New Garden
We’ve had such a great week at Heritage of Elmwood! We were busy making cookies and cream ice cream which we enjoyed on Thursday during our entertainment with Rudy Rudesill. There was lots of singing and toe tapping to the music.
We planted our tomato and pepper plants in our new garden stand that Randy Weber built for us. It turned out beautiful and looks great with our plants in it.
Our bus ride took us to Spring Valley and then around to Rock Elm this week. It was a beautiful day for a ride!
Barb Cepek was here for bible class. Our blessing letter for the week was the letter S. We would like to thank Barb for volunteering her time to come.
Our shuffleboard winner for the week was Archie Delong with Richard Schaffner coming in second.
Bingo was played on Tuesday and Saturday. Saturday’s game was followed with a game of Blackout.
We finished the week off with the rosary and Catholic Mass with Father Prince. We would like to thank Barb Cepek for helping out with the service.
