Handmade Gifts and Visit from Elmwood Students

We enjoyed music entertainment from Rich Schroeder this week.  There was singing all around!

We played a game of Shaker Dice and our top winner was Elaine Fesenmaier, with Dianne Gibson coming in second. Congratulations Elaine and Dianne!

A couple games of Flippo were played during the week, along with Bingo on Tuesday and Saturday. Saturday’s game festivities concluded with a fun game of blackout.

Sara Asher with FCCLA had her class make beautiful, homemade pillow cases and they delivered them to the nursing home.  Each one of the students handed one to the residents and visited with them.  They did a great job and the residents loved them. Thank you to Sara and her class!

We had our last visit for the year with the Elmwood second graders and they colored fun pictures with the residents. We hope the Elmwood students have a great summer!

Pastor Weaver was here for Methodist church service.
