This week the residents of Heritage of Elmwood had many visitors! Second graders from the school district came and read with our residents, and the Elmwood High School football team visited as well. We enjoyed our time getting to know the kids.
Our residents were able to do special crafts with Becky Smith this week. She guided us in making homemade cards. We appreciated her time with us, and had a lot of fun doing this activity!
Music was flowing throughout the building this week with performances by Jim Sexton and Two Frets Up. We always enjoy dancing and singing to their music! Singers were also able to participate in a sing-along on Friday.
The fall colors were beautiful on a scenic bus ride we took out in the country. We have enjoyed getting outdoors before the weather gets cold! We always welcome and enjoy visits by family and friends.
